Shipping times will vary, I do not start making your item(s) until the order is received.  Once I receive the order confirmation, I will place it in the print queue.  I do have some things ready to go and I will try to ship those things same or next day, however, most items will take a little longer.  Contact me if you would like an idea of how long it will be for a certain item.

This is to help keep prices down.  By not having hundreds of items already made, I do not have to pay for a warehouse to store them in until someone purchases something.

I love doing custom work!  Simply email me or message me using the message icon in the lower right of your screen (should be a dark green circle icon with a white message outline).  Let me know what you are wanting, and I will work with you to let you know what the next steps are to make your vision come to life!

I try to work with everyone and their individual needs.  If you have a movie shoot schedule, a party, event, Comicon, message me and I will let you know what the next steps are to get your order expedited.  Additional fees may be required due to altering my print queue and to put in the overtime to make your schedule.  

Yes!  Just choose that shipping option and we will work together to schedule when you can come pick your order up.  I meet many people this way and it is always wonderful to meet you face to face!

Yes!  I used to get hundreds of messages a day and I am now able to have a little bit of help with some AI to better filter my messages so I can be better prepared to answer your question or address your concern.  All emails and messages come straight to me.  I do my best to be responsive within a matter of moments or within a few hours (depending on what I am currently doing).
